Comfortable hotel, brilliant food, excellent staff. A sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card available in the comfort double room. Well-equipped bathroom with a bidet. Location - convenient and good, so close to Italy and a large supermarket for supplies❤

The rooms are clean and warm and the staff is very friendly. Its location is comfortable not far from a large supermarket, and Italy. Overall excellent food, plus there is Symposium close by.

I truly enjoyed my one-night stay. the standard triple room offered a lovely view of the garden. the staff was consistently good and efficient. the location is excellent, just a short walk to Italy and close to a large supermarket for supplies. I also visited a few interesting places, including Cliffe High Street, which is only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The food was decent and the location was convenient as it was close to the highway. the room was spacious and clean.
The staff was unhelpful and uninterested in assisting us. Plus, the WiFi barely worked and we had to request more towels multiple times.

We enjoyed the charming old town and the helpful staff at the shop, which had a classy charcuterie for us to take home. The hotel catered to our needs with adequate breakfast and facilities. Also, this hotel had ample parking space and was close to a large supermarket, which was convenient for supplies. We could easily access the motorway and transportation from this hotel.

The hotel location is perfect for a city break, close to a beautiful old town with great shopping and restaurants. The restaurant on-site offers delicious food and amazing value for its price. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to assist when needed.
The room we stayed in was a bit small for our liking, and the bathroom could use some updating. Also, the Wi-Fi was not available in the early afternoon, which was inconvenient for us. Overall a great budget hotel for travelers who prioritize location and good value for money.
